Last updated: June 2026. DialledOps is a South Africa-based business. These terms apply to all clients engaging DialledOps for B2B appointment setting services across the United Kingdom, South Africa, and the United States.
DialledOps is a specialist B2B appointment setting service based in South Africa, 12 Old Main Road,Gillitts,3610, providing services across the United Kingdom, South Africa, and the United States. We provide outbound cold calling campaigns on behalf of our clients, using trained human representatives and precision data to book qualified meetings with decision-makers who fit the client's ideal customer profile.
DialledOps provides the following services as agreed in each client engagement:
The specific scope of services, target markets, and deliverables will be agreed in writing between DialledOps and the client prior to campaign commencement.
The DialledOps Pilot Package is an introductory engagement designed to demonstrate the value of our service before any long-term commitment is made. The Pilot Package includes a guaranteed minimum of three qualified meetings, as defined in Clause 5 below. Full details of the Pilot Package refund guarantee are set out in our Refund Policy.
Payment for the Pilot Package is due in full prior to campaign commencement. DialledOps will not begin outbound activity until cleared funds have been received. For ongoing retainer engagements, payment terms will be agreed in writing and invoiced monthly in advance. All prices are stated exclusive of applicable taxes.
DialledOps invoices in GBP for UK clients, ZAR for South African clients, and USD for US clients unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For the purposes of the Pilot Package guarantee, a qualified meeting is defined as a scheduled phone or video call between the client and a prospect who meets all of the following criteria:
DialledOps does not guarantee the outcome of any meeting, including whether a prospect will proceed to purchase. Our guarantee covers the delivery of qualified meetings only.
The client agrees to:
DialledOps operates in compliance with applicable data protection and direct marketing regulations in each market in which we operate, including the UK GDPR, South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), and the US CAN-SPAM Act and applicable state regulations. We do not purchase or use bulk unverified phone lists. All prospect data is sourced through signal-backed verification processes.
The client warrants that any data or materials they provide to DialledOps for use in a campaign have been obtained and may be used in compliance with applicable laws.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared in the course of the engagement, including but not limited to client ICPs, scripts, pricing, and campaign data. This obligation survives the termination of any engagement.
All scripts, frameworks, and methodologies developed by DialledOps remain the intellectual property of DialledOps. The client is granted a non-exclusive licence to use any bespoke scripts developed for their campaign during the term of their engagement. Upon request and at DialledOps' discretion, clients may retain copies of scripts developed for their campaigns following the conclusion of a paid engagement.
DialledOps' total liability to the client for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. DialledOps shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, including loss of revenue, loss of profit, or loss of business opportunity.
Either party may terminate an ongoing retainer engagement by providing 30 days written notice. The Pilot Package may not be cancelled once the campaign has commenced, except as provided in the Refund Policy. DialledOps reserves the right to terminate any engagement immediately in the event of a material breach by the client.
DialledOps is incorporated and based in South Africa. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa for South Africa, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
DialledOps reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes by email. Continued use of DialledOps services following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We guarantee a minimum of 3 qualified meetings on our Pilot Package.
If we do not deliver, you receive a full refund. No questions, no conditions, no awkward conversations.
DialledOps stands behind the quality of its service with a straightforward performance guarantee. If we do not deliver a minimum of three qualified meetings during the agreed Pilot Package campaign period, you are entitled to a full refund of the fee paid. This is not a partial refund, a credit, or a promise to try again. It is a full return of your payment.
We offer this guarantee because we are confident in our process. If the process doesn't perform for your business, you should not pay for it.
A refund is applicable under the following conditions:
Refund requests should be submitted by email to LEADS@DIALLEDOPS.IO within 14 days of the campaign end date. DialledOps processes all refund requests from our South Africa base. Please include your name, company name, and a brief description of the campaign outcome. We will acknowledge your request within two business days and process any eligible refund within seven business days of confirmation.
A refund will not be applicable where the shortfall in qualified meetings is attributable to any of the following:
This refund policy applies exclusively to the Pilot Package. Ongoing monthly retainer engagements are governed by the payment and termination terms set out in our Terms and Conditions. Retainer fees are non-refundable once a campaign month has commenced, except in the event of a material breach by DialledOps.
We built the Performance Pledge into our business model from day one because we believe the relationship between a client and their outbound partner should be built on results, not retainers. If we ask you to trust us with your pipeline and your brand, the least we can offer is the certainty that if we fall short, it costs you nothing.
That is a promise we intend to keep on every single engagement.
